In addition to being served by the famously happy Des Plaines Optimists and the Junior Optimists of Cumberland School, diners can enjoy an all you can eat extravaganza of pancakes, sausage, orange juice and coffee for the low, low price of five dollars.
All profits will go to the continuing operations of the Optimist Club of Des Plaines, service organization dedicated to bringing out the best in youth.

Chartered in 1954, the Des Plaines Optimists sponsor local youth sports, scouting, free entertainment at Lake Park in the summer, offer college scholarships through their participation in the Optimist International Essay and Oratorical contests, and many other things.
