Welcome award-winning pastry chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television personality Gale Gand to the Des Plaines Public Library. Gand will talk about Viennese pastry, demonstrate a recipe, and share personal stories. Samples of the recipe will be provided. Books will be available for purchase and signing following the program.
