On April 26–28, 2024, the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) conducted a global convention to commemorate its 35th anniversary. The event was held in the esteemed Royal Albert Palace in Fords, New Jersey, USA. Hina Trivedi, President of the GOPIO Chicago Chapter, received the prestigious Global Community Service Award for her exceptional contributions to society in front of a crowd of well-known figures and local authorities.

Ms. Trivedi displayed excellent leadership and commitment in furthering the GOPIO Chicago Chapter's purpose of advancing the welfare and interests of individuals of Indian descent. She holds the office of President of the organization. Her steadfast dedication to activism and community service has brought her acclaim and admiration from all corners.

Due to Ms. Trivedi's unwavering dedication, the Indian diaspora community in Chicago and abroad has benefited greatly. She has devoted her life to empowering people through a variety of programs and projects, encouraging a feeling of camaraderie and solidarity among neighbors.
