Live Action Teaser for Garo: Kaminokiba to Release on January

Garo: Kaminokiba Live Action Trailer

Garo’s official site started to release a teaser video for the upcoming Garo: Kaminokiba live action. According to the video, it will be officially open on January 6, 2018 in Japan.

Cast Members:

  • Miki Nanri as Rian
  • Sakina Kuwae as Ryūme
  • Miyavi Matsunoi as Amily
  • Tomohito Wakizaki as Daigo Akizuki
  • Moka Komatsu as Haruna
  • Shigeru Izumiya as D Ringo
  • Momoko Kuroki as Yukihime

The JAM Project is now returning from the previous Garo installments to perform the 1st opening theme song of the film. It is called Kaminokiba ~The Fang of the Apocalypse. It will be featured on the original album Tokyo dive which will be available on October 18, 2017.

About the Film

The film is about Ryuga Gogai and Wataru Kuriyama who is reprising his role as Ryuga. Keita Amemiya, the franchise director will be directing the film and producing the script.

On January 6 2018, the newest entry in the industry is the live action film Zero: Dragon Blood series. The franchise is also getting a live action film that focuses on Raiga Saejima which is known as the Garo: Yuena no Tabibito.

The Garo the Animation and Garo: Crimson Moon TV series was released in the year 2014-2015. The Funimation Entertainment streamed both series. Funmation also released both series on home video. The Garo: Divine Flame, a sequel to Garo the Animation aired in Japan on May 2016. The newest entry of the Garo film is the Garo-Vanishing Line which will be featured on October 6.
