Local Companies Step Up to Help Feed Hungry
Through the generous contributions of residents and local companies, the Maine Township Food Pantry is able to help the area's needy.
North Ridge Group Donates Food and Money to Township Food Pantry
Hunger never takes a holiday so the generosity of area residents and companies is still needed during the winter season.
Here, Matthias Wissmann, Human Resources Coordinator of the North Ridge Group, a management consulting company in Rosemont, shows some of the food his company collected to Supervisor Carol Teschky. Wissmann also presented a check for $250 which will be used to purchase additional food for the hundreds of families who depend on the Township Pantry for help.
