In the Chicago suburbs, Tuesday is election day. Voters are electing Several candidate for local township and cities, and other officials. It's the day!
In Illinois, the Consolidated Election polls are now officially open! For the benefit of our children, our communities, and future generations, we have the chance to influence the direction of our schools, neighborhoods, and local leadership.
There are more than 75 Muslim candidates running for office in the state of Illinois; numerous Muslim organizations encourage voters to cast ballots in favor of representation that matches our beliefs and perspectives.

"Local elections have an equal or even greater impact on how we live our daily lives, even though presidential elections are typically the first thing that spring to mind when we think of elections," he stated. From the roads we drive on to the schools in our neighborhoods, the decisions made by the local representatives we elect have a direct impact on our communities. Voting in county elections is therefore one of the best ways to make a difference.
