Maine Township Donates to Honor Flight Chicago to Help Veterans
With over 63 flights since 2008, Honor Flight Chicago takes WWII vets to see the War Memorial in Washington DC.

Clerk’s Department Passport Fees Used
In a fitting gesture considering 2015 is the 70th anniversaries of Victory in Europe (VE) Day and Victory in Japan (VJ) day which signaled the end of World War II, Maine Township presented a check for $1000 to Honor Flight Chicago (HFC). Funds were from fees collected by the Clerk’s department for processing passports.
