Man Planned to Peddle Bestiality Videos, Also Stocked Pirated Copies of 'Let's Be Cops': Police
The Des Plaines man also had illicit videos of pornography and a Mexican musician, police said.

A Des Plaines man plotting to peddle bestiality videos was also caught with pirated pornography and illicit copies of the summertime buddy comedy Let’s Be Cops, police said.
Andres Alvarez-Alvarez, 41, was charged with obscenity, the unauthorized use of a name or trademark, and the unlawful use of recorded sounds or images.
Alvarez-Alvarez “possessed an obscene audio visual recording on a DVD, depicting adult females engaged in lewd and lascivious behavior with animals, with the intent to disseminate them,” according to a criminal complaint on file at the Will County Clerk’s Office.

Alvarez was caught “holding for sale more than 100 but less than 500 counterfeit items,” the complaint said.
These items included copies of Let’s Be Cops and a pornographic film, the complaint said.

Alvarez-Alvarez was also allegedly selling unlicensed videos of the legendary, slain corrido singer Chalino Sanchez, the complaint said.
The Illinois State Police arrested Alvarez-Alvarez. State police spokeswoman Monique bond said she would look into the circumstances of the allegations against Alvarez-Alvarez, including where he was supposedly selling the videos.
Alvarez-Alvarez was locked up in the Will County jail after his arrest. He was released when he made bond five days later.
