Namal University's successful fund-raising in Chicago Suburbs

A fundraiser event for Namal University in the Chicago suburbs was arranged by the Namal Scholarship Club USA. The occasion also included an auction of Imran Khan's Cricket Bat, Ball and Photo .The event took place on May 25, 2025, at Embassy Suite Naperville. Over a hundred people showed up for the event. At the Embassy Suite in Naperville, the Namal Scholarship Club USA held a fundraiser dinner to award scholarships to Namal University students. The event started with the Holy Quran being recited. Usman Kosar, the fundraising's principal organizer, and his spouse greeted the special visitors. The event speeches were presented by Senator Waleed Iqbal and Sajjad Burki. On behalf of his family, Munir Chaudhy Akhter made a Huge donation, and a number of other individuals announced a big donation. He asserted that alms, donations, and charity are a profitable exchange with Allah Ta'ala. Participants were also urged to cover the cost of scholarships for deserving students by host committee members Chudhry Munir Akhter, Rehana Munir, Talha Bhatti, Shanila Ali, and Rahila Ali..

Sajjad Burki said that if we reduce our expenses a little and show selflessness, the cost of education of a student can be borne. Imran's photo and his signed cricket bat and ball were also auctioned at the fundraising dinner. Other members of the host committee said that Imran Khan has fulfilled the dream of high-quality education in Pakistan in the form of Namal University. Education is the solution to all problems. Special guests Sajjad Burki and Senator Waleed Iqbal presented the work of NUML University so far to the audience. The participants were told that the annual cost of education for a student is $3,500, while the cost of a four-year program is $14,000. This university is for the youth of all over Pakistan. Many Business and social figures from the Chicagoland Pakistani community announced that they would be sponsoring 10 students for scholarships. Finally, singer Ali Haider's lively performance warmed the hearts of the audience.
