Abdul-Malik Ryan, DePaul University's Assistant Director of Religious Diversity and Muslim Chaplain, gave the keynote address. He focused on the themes of "A Believer May Stumble, But Never Falls." The message that he conveys is that success is a process rather than a final goal. It is important to view success as a process rather than a final goal. On this journey, there may occasionally be roadblocks and disappointments. However, we must embrace these failures and challenges as a challenge and proceed by conquering them. It is very easy to give up or confess loss, but it is quite hard to succeed. To achieve, we must be patient, committed, and hardworking.
Every loss and setback should be viewed as a fresh opportunity to learn and keep going. You will get stronger as a result of challenges and failures. Overcoming a challenge boosts your courage and prepares you to take on more challenging activities. Although there are always setbacks on risky pathways, the road to achievement is never easy.
