Patricia Fallon is Strong Candidate for 12th subcircuit judicial

Patricia Fallon has quality education, Necessary skills, talent and experience for a qualified subcircuit judge position.

The Cook County Illinois is divided up into 15 judicial subcircuits. The 12th subcircuit includes the northern suburbs of Winnetka, Glencoe, Northbrook and Wheeling and the northwest suburbs of Des Plaines, Mt. Prospect and Arlington Heights.

There are two who are Candidate for one judicial seat for the November Election. One is Judge Patricia M. Fallon from the Democrat party and another Frank DiFranco from Republican party.

Judge Fallon has almost 20 years of litigation experience in employment, labor and civil rights-including both federal and state- court litigation. Judge Fallon received her law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago.

On December 31, 2018 Kay Hanlon was a judge on the Cook County 12th Subcircuit in Illinois retired from the bench.

In July 2019, Judge Patricia was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court as a Judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County

Before she was appointed as a judge in 2019, she worked in the office of the Cook County State’s Attorney as a Deputy Supervisor in 2015. She became Supervisor till 2017.

Fallon received her law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University.

She has quality education, Necessary skills, talent and experience for a qualified subcircuit judge position. She believes that all people and citizens are equals regardless of any ethnicity, gender identification, race, religion, sexual orientation, or economic status. Her rulings always will be based on the law and the law only.

During an interview with Judge Patricia Fallon, she said, “The combination of my education and legal experience make me the most suitable candidate for the bench. I have served the citizens of Cook County for most of my career. As a judge, I adjudicate cases before me by listening to the facts and applying the facts and evidence to the law. I also ensure that everyone who comes before me is treated fairly.”
