Portillo's Worker Shot by Pellet Gun at Arlington Heights Drive-Thru

An employee working at a Portillo's restaurant at 806 W. Dundee Road in Arlington Heights was injured Saturday night after being shot in the face with a pellet gun while working in the drive-thru lane, according to the Daily Herald. 

The worker was struck in the check and refused medical attention offered at the scene, according to the article.
