Preschool Halloween: More Cute, Less Spooky!

Happy Halloween from Creative Corners! On October 28 and 29, the Des Plaines Park District Terrific Threes and the Fabulous Fours & Fives haunted the halls of the Leisure Center. Super heroes and skeletons, princesses and pirates paraded through the Administrative offices. The Fabulous 4s & 5s performed their annual favorites, “It’s Halloween,” “Scarecrow, Scarecrow,” and “Who’s That Creepin’,” for staff, before receiving a special treat bag.

In class the costumed preschoolers made themed crafts and played special games, including “Hot Pumpkin,” “Pumpkin Toss,” and “Dump the Spider.” Of course, no Halloween party would be complete with out a little chicken dance and some tasty treats supplied by the parents.
