The Parks PlayBook: It’s Date Night!

Ready for a night out, just you and your soul mate? Or, maybe you and your first date. Either way, grab your go-to golf partner and join us May 30 for Date Night: A Couples Tournament. Nine holes under the stars at Golf Center Des Plaines. Remember chatting for hours about whatever crosses your mind? Remember cheering for each other’s accomplishments? Remember how great it feels just to be together? Then swing by Golf Center Des Plaines this Friday night.

Away from all the stresses of normal life, you’ll have time to take in the sights and sounds of the outdoors while you catch up on the week’s activities. Enjoy our picturesque greens. Enjoy a little exercise together walking the par-3 lighted course. Meet other couples and enjoy a little friendly competition along with a cool and refreshing drink.

Couples alternate shots on the fully lighted nine hole course. Check out our on-the-course contests: Go for the Closest to the Pin or see who sinks the Longest Putt. The couple with the lowest combined score will be crowned Golf Center’s 2014 Couples Champion. (Bring your own tiaras!)

Ready to get started? Pre-registration is required. Register by May 29; it’s only $55 for golf and two drink tickets. Check in is at 6:30pm. Shotgun start is at 7:00pm. Want to make an evening of it? Have dinner at Club Casa Café Restaurant and Sports Bar after you hit the links. And, check out the Golf Center 7’s are Wild Specials where a round on the nine hole course is only $7.
