Saturday, June 7 is kids' night out at Mountain View Adventure Center, 510 E. Algonquin Road. Tweens and teens in grades 5–10 are invited to Late Night in the Park from 7:00–11:00pm. For $10, kids can play unlimited rounds of mini-golf on the 18-hole course, take some swings in the batting cages, ride in the BMX bike and skate park, and hang with friends. We welcome our first Garage Band performance of the season this Saturday night, too. The concession stand is always open, serving up ice cold drinks, pizza, snacks, and tasty ice cream treats. The event is supervised, and registration is not required.
Save the Dates: Splash on in! Chippewa Pool, 197 N. Eighth Street and Mystic Waters Family Aquatic Center, 2025 Miner Street, are open this week. Pre-Season hours June 2-6 are 4:00-7:00pm. Pool passes are available for purchase now at the Leisure Center, Prairie Lakes Community Center during business hours, and at Mystic Waters beginning on June 7 from noon to 4:00pm. Regular pool season for Mystic, Chippewa, and Iroquois Pools begins on June 7. Ready for fun?
