Wheeling Township Nonprofit Grant Applications Now Open
Local nonprofits that provide essential human and youth services to Township residents are encouraged to apply by Monday, September 21.

For more than 40 years, Wheeling Township has supported nonprofit organizations that help to meet the diverse needs of community members. Applications are now available for the Township’s 2027–2028 grant program, which provides funding to eligible organizations that offer essential human and youth services. Grant applications are due Monday, September 21.
The Township’s grant program supports organizations that serve residents facing a wide range of challenges and needs, including homelessness, child abuse, health care and senior services. Through these community partnerships, Township staff can help to connect residents with vital resources.
“Making sure our residents know where to turn, and can access the critical services they need, is at the heart of Wheeling Township’s work,” said Wheeling Township Supervisor Maria Zeller Brauer. “We’re proud to be a bridge between residents and the resources available to them. By working hand in hand with our local nonprofit partners, we can respond to the needs of our neighbors and help ensure that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
