Woman Turning Into Cemetery Kills Man Without Seat Belt: Cops
Cops say 77-year-old driver failed to yield at All Saints Cemetery in fatal Tuesday crash.

DES PLAINES, IL — A 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 77-year-old woman making a left turn into All Saints Cemetery fatally collided with a 2002 Mercedes driven by a 41-year-old man Tuesday morning on River Road, police said.
The man, Belal Tebakhi of Mount Prospect, was not wearing a seat belt at the time, according to a police investigation and accident reconstruction that shut down the area for hours following the crash. Tebakhi was pronounced dead upon arrival at Lutheran General Hospital as a result of the accident, police said.
The driver of the Jeep, Delight Lebel of Rosemont, was cited for "failure to yield turning left." She remains at Lutheran General with non-life threatening injuries, Des Plaines police said Wednesday.
