Yoga for Beginners: Yoga 101


Yoga 101: Yoga for BeginnersNext Session: Sunday, January 5th-January 26th 
Time: 9:00-10:15am

Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, this progressive series meets weekly for four consecutive weeks. 

During the class you will learn basic poses, how to practice yoga, and relaxation techniques. You will practice in the supportive community of other beginners with an experienced teacher.  Each class repeats what was learned the week before and adds progressive instruction, so that you can feel confident that you are safely practicing in our regularly-scheduled classes.

We provide all props (mats, straps, etc.,). You do not need to bring any supplies. Wear comfortable clothing, such as a t-shirt and shorts, and plan to practice bare-footed. Try not to eat heavily before class. Plan on having fun, learning, and moving your body.
