DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — More than 70 local organizations were awarded Community Impact grants during DuPage Foundation's most recent grant cycle. In total, over $1.3 million was granted to support initiatives in mental wellness, food security, recreation, health care, housing and emergency assistance.

DuPage Foundation is accepting applications for its Fall Community Impact Grants through Sept. 4.
“It’s remarkable to see consistent growth in impact each year,” DuPage Foundation Vice President for Programs Barb Szczepaniak said in a statement.
Szczepaniak added, “In response to rising needs throughout DuPage County, we increased our Health & Human Services grantmaking by 40% compared to last spring. This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to strengthening the network of care that supports our community.”
