New Liquor Store Looks To Open On 75th Street In Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A new liquor store is hoping to open at 1630 W. 75th St. in Downers Grove.

The village's liquor commission will review a liquor license application from Joe's Beverage Warehouse at its Nov. 5 meeting. The family-owned store currently has one location in Romeoville.

Joe's Beverage Warehouse sells domestic and imported beer, wine, spirits, mixers and non-alcoholic beverages. Their offerings include thousands of items that range from full- and partial-sized kegs to ultra-premium liquors. The store will also feature a cigar humidor.

Their Romeoville store opened in 2019 at 420 N. Independence Blvd.

According to village documents, the Joe's Beverage Warehouse in Downers Grove plans to be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
