ELGIN, IL – A seven-vehicle crash on Randall Road sent three people to the hospital Thursday morning, authorities said. ELGIN, IL – A seven-vehicle crash on Randall Road sent three people to the hospital Thursday morning, authorities said. The crash occurred on Randall about a mile north of Interstate 90 in Elgin at about 6:40 a.m. Police believe the chain-reaction collision occurred when a car collided with another vehicle, according to the Daily Herald.
