Abbott Middle School Staff Takes Over McDonald's

Teachers from Abbott MS teachers raise funds for Field Day at the end of the year and other incentives for positive student behavior

Elgin| Teachers from Abbott MS jumped in with two-feet to raise funds for Field Day at the end of the year and other incentives for positive student behavior.

Several teachers volunteered behind the counter and throughout the restaurant on Thursday, October 10th. They also served ice cream, sold delicious apple pies and presented food at the drive-thru.

Several teachers wore the pie costume while other teachers walked around selling pies to hungry customers during the event. The pies sold were donated by Owner-Operator David Bear.

Thank you to Abbott Middle School Teacher,Christa Olsen for organizing the entire event.
