Big Timber Road Closed Following Traffic Crash

ELGIN, IL — Drivers are urged to avoid a portion of Big Timber Road Wednesday morning following a traffic crash.

Early on Wednesday, authorities closed eastbound and westbound Big Timber Road between Randall Road and North Lyle Avenue. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes, according to a post on the Elgin Police Department Facebook page.

An update on the collision will be provided once the roadway is reopened, according to police.
