Elgin, Get Ready! The Juneteenth Cultural Rhythm & Blues Festival Is Coming June 20th! 🎶
The African American Coalition of Kane County invites the entire community to come out and celebrate freedom, culture, music, family, and unity at the Juneteenth Cultural Rhythm & Blues Festival — Day 1 on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Festival Park, 132 South Grove Avenue, Elgin, Illinois.
This year’s celebration will be filled with powerful live entertainment, gospel, rhythm & blues, Motown sounds, DJs, vendors, delicious food, family fun, and a special Kid Zone for our young festival-goers.
Guests can enjoy an exciting day of performances, including the Gospel Hour of Power, Elgin’s Karaoke King & Queen Competition, live music by Ollie Bolds & 3 Flights Up, the Motown Revue Diva Sistas, Funk Brotherz Band, and music from DJ Dre’S. The day will also include sponsor announcements, community recognition, and a joyful celebration of Juneteenth history and culture.
Bring your lawn chairs, bring your family, bring your friends, and come ready to celebrate! This is more than a festival — it is a day of community pride, cultural remembrance, and good old-fashioned Elgin summer fun.
