Coaches/Team Players Work at McDonald’s during McCoaches Night

Larkin Cross Country Team serves students, student-athletes, and families on McCoaches Night to raise money for the cross-Country Team

Elgin | Larkin Cross Country Team Coaches volunteered behind the counter on Wednesday, September 11th, at the Elgin McDonald’s located at 1480 Larkin Avenue, where they served students and their families in a fundraiser for Larkin High School Cross Country Team.

The Cross Country team did an outstanding job selling pies to customers throughout the night which were donated by David Bear and the Bear family Restaurants. The proceeds went directly to benefit the cross-country team. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the McCoaches Night sales were also donated directly to the Larkin Cross Country team.

David Bear, Owner Operator of the Elgin McDonald’s on Larkin, and the Bear Family Restaurants were delighted to participate in the worthy cause for High School Sports.
