Will Bingham Jr., 61, was taken into custody on May 5.

ELGIN, IL – An Elgin man faces felony charges for drunken driving for a fourth time, as well as misdemeanor offenses related to two crashes he caused, authorities said. Will Bingham Jr., 61, had a blood-alcohol concentration of .364 when he caused the two crashes on the morning of May 5, according to a news release from the Kane County State's Attorney's Office. Bingham has been charged with two counts of aggravated DUI, a Class 2 felony; and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor.
Prosecutors said Bingham, who had three previous DUI violations, was under the influence of alcohol while driving a black 1991 Cadillac in Elgin when he allegedly struck and damaged a 1997 Toyota Camry at Kimball and North Spring streets, according to a news release. He allegedly failed to stop following the crash. He later struck and damaged a 2005 Scion at Kimball Street and North Grover Avenue and then failed to stop, authorities said.
Bingham was taken to the hospital. A blood draw indicated his blood-alcohol concentration was .364, according to a new release.
