Fox Meadow Elementary teachers shake things up at McDonald's
Local teachers serve students and families at McTeacher's Night to raise money for Fox Meadow Elementary School.
South Elgin | Teachers from Fox Meadow Elementary School, volunteered behind the counter on November 21st, at the McDonald’s located 453 Redington Rd. Where they served students and their families in a fundraiser for the Elementary School.
The proceeds from the sale of 232 pies went directly to benefit The Fox Meadow PTO. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the McTeacher’s Night sales were donated directly to the school, which plans to also use that money to go into the general fund to benefit the student activities.
The Fox Meadow community has an amazing network of support for their school, McDonald’s was busy the entire evening!

David Bear, Owner/Operator of the Redington Road McDonald’s, and the Bear Family were delighted to participate in the worthy cause for education and the community.
“McTeacher’s Night is part of McDonald’s larger commitment to education and other important initiatives supporting families and the local community.” Bear said.
