Eligible grant application properties are those that are either located within Elgin’s five historic districts or have been designated as individual landmarks that are within the Central Area TIF District.

Applications for the 2018 Historic Architectural Rehabilitation Grant Program are available at cityofelgin.org/historicgrants or at city hall in the Community Development Department. The deadline to applications and supporting documentation is Friday, March 30.
