Hooded Bandit Sought In Chase Bank Heist
The FBI has released a surveillance image of the man suspected of robbing the Chase Bank on McLean Boulevard in Elgin on Saturday.

ELGIN, IL - The FBI has released surveillance images of a man they say robbed a Chase Bank branch in Elgin on Saturday. The man shown in the photo above should be considered "armed and dangerous," they say.
At 12:34 p.m. on Dec. 1 the man entered the bank located at 1130 North McLean Boulevard and pulled off what the FBI describes as a "non-takeover bank robbery." The bandit is described as a white man in his 50s with a large build, 5'5" with a light complexion. He wore jeans, dark shoes and a gray hooded sweatshirt at the time of the crime.
It hasn't been released how much money the bandit fled the bank with. Authorities have said that a reward of up to $1,000 could be issued with information that directly leads to his arrest.
