Illinois Cops Sport Pink For Breast Cancer Awareness
Law enforcement agencies throughout the area are making some pink changes to their uniforms, cruisers and, yes, a K9's nails.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and law enforcement organizations throughout northern Illinois are sporting pink in myriad ways to show their support for the cause. From cruisers to badges and patches, police are coloring everything pink. If you were wondering, yes, this includes a K9's "nails."

It isn't just police departments sporting pink for the the month. The Kendall County Sheriff's Office is featuring a pink badge for the month.
