Man Faces Charges for Fondling Nurse: Authorities
The incident happened early Wednesday at a nursing and rehabilitation center in South Elgin.
SOUTH ELGIN, IL — A 53-year-old man faces felony charges after he asked to hold a nurse's hands while being treated at a nursing and rehab center in South Elgin before holding her against her will and fondling her "entire body," authorities said. Joseph P. William is charged with criminal sexual abuse and unlawful restraint in connection with the incident that happened early Wednesday at Tower Hill Healthcare Center, 759 W. Kane St. in South Elgin, according to Fox 32 Chicago. He was arrested and later released.
