Heritage Elementary School, Of District U-46, held their first McTeacher's
Night at the Streamwood McDonald's on Irving Park Rd. on Monday, May 22. A
McTeacher's Night is organized to help raise money for local schools by having
teachers work at McDonald's and then giving a percentage of the night's sales
to the local school.

On Monday, the teachers were excited to serve freshly prepared meals to students
and their families to raise money for Heritage. The students and families were
excited to see their teachers behind the counter and throughout the restaurant.

Principal Cathie Fletcher wore the Pie costume and sold pies for
donations. The students were excited to take pictures with Principal Fletcher
in the pie costume.
