Public's Help Sought in Elgin Shooting Probe
A shooting victim was dropped off at a hospital, police said late Wednesday. Authorities are looking for more information on the shooting.
ELGIN, IL — A man who'd been shot was dropped at an Elgin hospital and authorities are now trying to get more information regarding the shooting. The Elgin Police Department posted on its Facebook page late Wednesday that they were investigating the shooting, which allegedly took place in the southwest area of the city.
The shooting victim, an adult male, was dropped off at an Elgin hospital by an unknown vehicle and suffered an injury that is not considered life-threatening, authorities said.
