Shots Fired in Elgin Wednesday Night: Police
Police are investigating the incident, which reportedly occurred in the 200 block of Orchard Street.
ELGIN, IL — Elgin police received a report of gunshots that were fired Wednesday night in the 200 block of Orchard Street, according to a post on the Elgin Police Department Facebook page. Police responded to the area at 8:22 p.m.
Authorities found evidence of gunfire but did no one was hit by a bullet or reported injured, police said.
The Special Investigations Group is currently investigating the incident.
