“As a child of immigrants, I've always felt some form of pressure to make sure that I don't fail them because they sacrificed so much for me to be where I am,” said Adedara. “This internship is assurance that I'm on the right path.”

The Internship Program also provides professional development sessions with leaders in the television industry and customized seminars covering personal brand building and navigating the job market ahead for participating students. Interns also become life-long members of the Foundation’s alumni family giving them access to events and networking opportunities as they build their careers in the industry.
