U-46 Hosts Town Hall Event on School Funding Woes
The town hall event will be Monday at Elgin High School.
ELGIN, IL - All U-46 parents are invited to a Fix the Formula Illinois’ Town Hall event scheduled for this Monday.
The event will take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 17 in the Learning Commons at Elgin High School, 1200 Maroon Drive. Those attending should enter through door 1.
There will be a short presentation about why Illinois school funding system is broken and proposed legislation to fix it, according to a U-46 news release.
