U-46 Releases Schedule for Spring Musicals
The school district has released its schedule for its spring musical season.

Elgin Area School District U-46 will kick off its spring musical season this week.
From Disneyβs The Little Mermaid to the 1980 musical film Fame, this yearβs U-46 high
school spring musicals promise to entertain the crowds with showstopping dance moves and
songs, according to a U-46 news release.

This yearβs musical schedule will begin Thursday, Feb. 23, with Elgin High Schoolβs
production of the Tony-award winning musical Pippin. The season will conclude in late
April with Streamwood High School's performance of the comedy horror rock musical Little
Shop of Horrors in April.
The spring musical schedule is as follows:

Elgin High School, 1200 Maroon Drive in Elgin presents Pippin on the following dates and times:
- 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23
- 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24
- 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25
South Elgin High School, 760 E. Main St. in South Elgin, presents The Little Mermaid on the following dates and times:
- 7 p.m. Thursday, March 2
- 7 p.m. Friday, March 3
- 12 p.m. & 5 p.m. Saturday, March 4
Bartlett High School, 701 W. Schick Road in Bartlett, presents In the Heights on the following dates and times:
- 7 p.m. Thursday, April 20
- 7 p.m. Friday, April 21
- 12 p.m. & 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22
Larkin High School, 1475 Larkin Ave. in Elgin, presents Fame on the following dates and times:
- 7 p.m. Thursday, April 20
- 7 p.m. Friday, April 21
- 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22
Streamwood High School, 701 W. Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg, presents Little Shop of Horrors, on the following dates and times:
- 7 p.m. Friday, April 21
- 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22
- 7 p.m. Thursday, April 27
- 7 p.m. Friday, April 28
- 2 p.m. Saturday, April 29
