A woman is dead following the morning shooting along I-90 in Elgin.
ELGIN, IL – A 34-year-old woman is dead after an officer-involved shooting along I-90 Monday morning. The Illinois State Police is investigating the shooting. The shooting closed westbound lanes of I-90 for several hours this morning.
