3 Arrested In Elmhurst Domestic Disturbances: Cops
An Elmhurst man was among those charged. His victim had marks on her neck, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police responded to four domestic disturbances in the last few days. Three men, including an Elmhurst resident, were arrested. Here is information from the reports:
- A 40-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 400 block of West St. Charles Road was arrested shortly after midnight Friday in the 100 block of Fellows Court on two counts of domestic battery. Police said they saw marks on the victim's neck. The man was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 24-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Sunday at Route 83 and North Avenue on charges of domestic battery (two counts), DUI, resisting an officer and illegally stopping in the roadway. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- A 22-year-old Glendale, California, man was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Park Avenue on domestic battery (two counts) and interfering with the reporting of domestic battery. Police said the man punched and slapped a woman. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Police responded to a domestic disturbance about 9 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of East Lake Street. A drunken man yelled at his wife. The argument never became physical. The couple separated for the night.
