$9.2M Lottery Ticket Sold In Addison

ADDISON, IL – Someone bought a $9.2 million jackpot-winning Lotto ticket over the weekend in Addison, according to the Illinois Lottery.

The purchase was at Jewel, 140 W. Lake St., about two miles west of Elmhurst.

The player matched all six numbers 2-15-21-29-42-44.

The person is the 11th Illinois Lottery player to win at least $1 million this year, according to a lottery news release.

For selling the winning ticket, the store will receive a bonus of 1 percent of the prize amount, the lottery said. For Jewel in Addison, that means $92,000.

Winners have up to a year to claim prizes.
