9 Minors Cited At Elmhurst Bar: Police

ELMHURST, IL – Nine minors were arrested early Sunday morning at The Club Shot & Beer in downtown Elmhurst, police said.

Those cited were a 19-year-old Reading, Pennsylvania woman; a 19-year-old Berkeley woman; a 19-year-old Fort Collins, Colorado, man; a 19-year-old Elmhurst woman; a 19-year-old Bartlett woman; a 20-year-old Elmhurst man; a 20-year-old Frankfort man; a 20-year-old Chicago man; and a 20-year-old Palatine man.

Most of them were Elmhurst University students.

Their charges included being a minor on a licensed premise, being a minor in possession of alcohol and false use of identification, police said.

Police said they responded to a report of underage drinking.
