The AAUW (American Association of University Women) Elmhurst Area Branch is collecting books and media for its 60th annual Used Book Sale.
The group is looking for gently used books (hard and soft cover), CDs and DVDs. The sale will take place July 25th-28th at a new location, Sandburg Middle School, 345 E. St. Charles Road, in Elmhurst. We do not accept VHS videos, cassette tapes, magazines, encyclopedias, or textbooks prior to the year 2000. All the books and media for this sale are donated by the community.
Proceeds from the sale of books benefit local AAUW scholarships and national AAUW programs and research for women and girls.
