'Active Incident' At Elmhurst Parking Deck: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police said Tuesday evening that they were dealing with an "active incident" at the Addison Avenue parking deck, 135 N. Addison Ave.

Police said there was no known threat to the public.

"Residents and visitors are asked to avoid the immediate area and expect an increased police presence while officers and emergency personnel manage the situation," police said in a statement. "We appreciate the community's understanding as we work to resolve this matter safely."
