Four Hammond, Indiana, men were cited on charges of operating a mobile food unit without a license about 9 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of South York Street. Police said the men were cooking and selling food in the private parking lot at 1042 S. York St., which is for W3Body, A Women's Training Gym. The men ranged in age from 22 to 44. They were released.
