Woman Kicks 2 Elmhurst Cops In Local Neighborhood: Police

She was in a car where the driver was stopped on suspicion of DUI.

ELMHURST, IL – A Berwyn woman is accused of kicking two Elmhurst officers during a stop in a local neighborhood.

The stop occurred about 3 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of Fairview Avenue, police said.

The woman was identified as 23-year-old Remi Michaud. She was charged with two counts of aggravated battery and counts of reckless conduct, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct, police said.

The driver, a 34-year-old Brookfield man, was charged with DUI.

Both were listed as being released.
