ELMHURST, IL – A house in the 600 block of South York Street in Elmhurst has drawn more than its share of police calls this year, according to public records.

About 11:30 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at the house. They arrested a 46-year-old woman who lives there on a retail theft warrant, police said.

Household members were also reported as victims later Thursday. Police said they arrested a 50-year-old Chicago man on a burglary charge. The man, who had already received a trespassing notice for the property, was accused of entering the house and stealing shoes and clothing.

In May, the 46-year-old woman who lives in the house was arrested on a charge of violating pretrial conditions. Police said they responded to a domestic dispute.

About a week earlier, she was charged with two domestic battery counts at the house. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

In September, the woman and a 31-year-old man, who lives at the same address, were arrested on felony drug possession charges, police said.
