The game incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Churchville Middle School, 155 Victory Parkway.

The next afternoon, police said they were called about Dwyer at Elmhurst Family Dental, 314 N. York St. He was charged with trespassing at a place where he had already been told he was forbidden. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail, where he remained as of Friday afternoon.

Earlier this month, police reported Dwyer was wanted on several warrants. At the time, police alleged he had caused problems at The Club Shot & Beer, 113 N. Addison Ave.

In August, Dwyer spat at a woman outside Elmhurst Family Dental and then charged at her, prompting her to go inside, police said. He was charged with assault.

The same month, Dwyer was arrested on a trespassing charge in the 400 block of North West Avenue, police said.

In 2025, Dwyer was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was accused of scaring children in the early evening of Halloween. He then approached someone else and smacked his phone to the ground, causing the screen to crack, police said.

According to the jail's website, Dwyer's charges include multiple counts of assault, battery, assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct.
