From June 23 through July 28, the Summer Fun & Games program takes place on Tuesdays for children age three to twelve accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Each week, Museum staff will present a different drop-in craft activity – either Peanuts or vintage-themed – in the Museum’s Education Center, located just south of the Glos Mansion at 120 E. Park Ave. in Elmhurst, from 12 noon-2:00 p.m. The cost to participate is $2 for members of the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation and $4 for non-members. No reservations are required.
In addition, families are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the Museum grounds on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A limited number of picnic tables are available or BYO blanket. Complimentary juice boxes and a sweet treat will be provided (while supplies last).
