The school broke ground on a new health sciences building.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst University broke ground last week on a $30 million health sciences building.
It's the biggest project since 2008 at the university. That was when the West Hall dorms were completed, officials said.
The 45,000-square-foot health sciences building is set to be completed in spring 2025, the university said.

The cost of the project is roughly equivalent to Elmhurst's new Lincoln Elementary School, which was completed last year. It cost $30.5 million.
