Bomb Squad Called Again To Elmhurst
A man found a grenade while cleaning out his parents' house, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – A man found unused ammunition and a grenade while cleaning out his parents' house Saturday afternoon, Elmhurst police said.
The incident occurred in the 200 block of North Bonnie Brae Avenue. The DuPage County bomb squad responded and disposed of the grenade, police said.
It was the second time in a couple of weeks the squad showed up in Elmhurst.

In another weapons-related incident over the weekend, a resident in the 200 block of East Third Street told officers that his wife and mother-in-law removed his guns from his house in the last few months, Elmhurst police said.
The wife said she stored the guns because she wanted them out of the house, police said. The man found two of the three guns.
